Great customer service
I ordered this for my son and when we received it was missing the balls. I reached out and they replied a few hrs later apologizing and saying they’ll send them right over. They made the mistake by sending the cups instead of the balls that’s we were actually missing not the cups but they were great and sent over a whole new toy set! My son is now happy playing with his toy that I got as a replacement for a marble run because I didn’t want to risk getting a marble run and he puts the marbles in his mouth. This toy really is great for a marble run replacement

Surprisingly sturdy and well-made for such a good price!
I am very pleased with this product! I bought this for my 16 month old daughter who loves playing with ball pit balls all day. I had expected the balls to be similar to the hollow ball pit balls we have a million of but I was very pleasantly surprised to find that the balls for this toy are smaller but heavy and substantial. I had expected that for the price I was paying this toy would be a fun but flimsy little diversion for my girl, but as soon as I pulled it out of the box I could tell this was actually going to be able to survive my daughter for a while! There’s almost no assembly, there’s only a couple of pieces that you have to snap into the main structure and it was so easy to do that I (who famously reads all directions before so much as touching a project) was able to snap in the couple of pieces just from seeing the finished toy on the box. And the pieces stayed snapped in well even though my daughter gets a kick out of knocking things over and off of the coffee table onto the hardwood floor. I expected that there could be some flimsiness to the way the balls fit into the holes at the top where they are held in place until the child hammers them into the chute with the adorable owl mallet. However, the fit of the balls in their holes was perfect- they stay in place well but even my little muffin (who is only in the 1st percentile for size for being 16 months old) was still able to hammer them into the chutes with a purposeful whack. And OH WAS SHE DELIGHTED WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE!! She loved helping me place the balls in their color-matched holes at the top (after first having a little fun throwing the pretty substantial balls around the living room for Mama to chase and crawl under the table for, of course!) and she very quickly understood what I wanted her to do when I put the mallet in her hand. Then when she knocked the first ball down and watched it roll down the ramps, she was HOOKED. She is so sweet and she always shares EVERYTHING, from snacks to toys, but she was so excited that it took her a few minutes before she remembered to go around trying to get everyone to take a turn. And for her that’s as good of an endorsement as you can get because she doesn’t consider anything fun (from dancing to eating candy) unless she gets everyone else in the room to join her.The design is adorable, she was matching up the balls with their corresponding colored holes by her third round of setting them up, and it’s built extremely well, especially when you take the low price into account.I Definitely recommend this game!

Fun toy for a toddler
My 2 year old loves this. It’s a little loud, but very fun for a toddler. He’s had it for a while, and enjoyed it at age 1 also.

Baby loves it.
The edges of the stacking cups are a bit sharp for babies.
