To improve the comfort of my office chair, I've been looking into acquiring a good gel seat cushion that wasn't too thick, so it would be stable and not require adjusting the seat height (much if at all). Well, lucky me,, my wife had been looking for something similar and tried one of these, and really liked it. So she loaned it to me, and yep it rocks! I find that it makes a thin, hard flat chair a MUCH more tolerable sit, and its affect on my chair comfort is immense. This super-large one is also big enough to allow some wiggle room, so you aren't falling off the edges (your mileage may vary of course). I would estimate the max weight it will support without bottoming out somewhere in the cushion is around 190 lbs. Overall, the cushion is lop profile and unobtrusive. It breathes really well, to me that's a huge plus for a gel cushion. I also like the extra cover it comes with which is a nice touch. I've kept her loaner, ordered her a replacement and an extra one myself. I put the extra one in my old & cheap racing seat and it has given that a new life too (I'm replacing the seat anyway but this makes it tolerable until then!). I can highly recommend this for my use cases. Good stuff.

I've tried a few different seat pads to help with easing the pain of white collar work all day long at a desk. I have a compressed disc in my back and THIS darn thing is the MOST comfortable I've been in my chair in a while. Simple, effective and inexpensive. Highly recommended.

Works well but I would recommend getting the larger size. The one sent to me is fine for a dining chair but one needs a larger one for your living room lounge chair ,wheelchair etc. Comfortable,easy to transport and seems to be of good quality.

Well made and what I expected. It even came with an extra cover which is great, I wasn’t expecting an additional cover. I plan on using one if these cushions on the riding mower. I feel it will help with fatigue after riding the mower for hours. I bought one for my friend that is suffering with back pain due to age. I think it helped when using the hospital wheel chair for an appointment. I think I needed 2, one to sit on and one to rest the back on, just a fyi. All in all I think it’s what is needed for the elderly or just for relief from poorly designed seating.

So yes, I did buy this because of the price. I sit at a desk without an ergonomic design, nor a chair rated for my weight. I know that how I sit at work creates my back pain issues. So I bought this seat cushion. It does work as a cushion. The blue "cell walls" for a lack of better term do provide that. However, the cell walls collapse in a different direction each time I sat on them. The antislip cover is not antislip, it wonders around my seat. I also tried it in my car for driving needs. No luck their either, it slids out of place and bunches up. ... I think this would be good for someone who weighs less than 200 lbs, not more. Purchased for the right test it put price, but it didnt work for me.

Smaller than expected. Comfortable, nice fabric cover with zipper. Great for traveling with my wheelchair and using in the car. I used to get sore sitting in the car or my wheelchair for long periods of time. This is much more comfortable I have movement under my bottom from the gel filling and that eliminates pain

My daughter love this. She is in a wheelchair and we use it when she will be in her chair for the whole day. Worked perfect when we went to Disneyland.

This is very comfortable to sit on; it has helped relieve pressure.

I couldn't drive without taking a break every 2 hours. A friend told me about Purple Gel Seat Cushion and... it was much more than I expected. It actually works! Now, I can take a break from driving because I want to not because I have to. Wort every dollar. A superior product as far as I'm concerned.

Product does not match photos in ad, no bonus cover was included. Brand name is a sticker on the cover. Not comfortable at all.
