Could you tell me if the length of 124 cms is with or without the iron rest at the end

124 cms is length of the ironing surface. The iron rest is additional to the 124cms. When folded up the total length of the board (ie: from the floor to the top of folded legs is 160cms).Hope that helps.

does it have a felt underlay?

No it doesn't have a felt underlay - it is fairly substantial foam and is a good surface to iron on. I do however find that it is a fairly heavy board to manoeuvre but am very pleased with it.

Would the ironing board wobble if placed on laminate flooring? Few people who bought this board complains that it wobbles due to uneven leg lengths ..

We have had this board for 12 + months and wobbling has NOT ever been an issue. Great ironing board would strongly recommend.
