It broke right away. How I wish it was much sturdier. Good thing I bought two so I was more gentle this time. It did the job and I didn’t get myself poked by the skewer but I wish the built would be more sturdier.

Too small to use on any grilling meat. It looked like a toy!

Didn’t like the quality as it came broken and not very convenient to use.

This skewer threading device is made of plastic and feels flimsy but gets the job...for certain types of skewers. Many who left poor reviews because the tool makes small, Asian (primarily Japanese and Chinese) style skewers and not the large skewers with big chunks of meat that might be thrown on to an outdoor grill. If you preparing yakitori skewers or making skewers like illustrated in product photos, this is a convenient tool.

We are having so much fun with this, glad we bought it.We use it often for MANY different things. Makes it so easy to prep uniformly.

Too small for the kabobs i make . Meat would have be in bite size pieces on a 6 or 7 inch skewer.

It’s quite sturdy that you can make ~ 6 inches long skew easily! Good for value!

The product is easy to use, however, you have to pick up the right size of the foods in order for it to function properly. The depth and the skewer don't match properly which makes the food easily comes off sometimes. Picky on the food. I still like the design idea though.

I was expecting it to be a little larger than what I actually received. Although I will be keeping it I won't be making any beef skewers any thicker than 2/3 of a dime.On the plus side... It won't take more than 30 seconds to cook on the BBQ.
