Perfect lightweight WOK!
The seller description is accurate and true. I found the overall quality and build of the wok to be fantastic! I definitely recommend getting the wok base ring. Works like a charm. The value is quite attractive.

good quality stainless steel wok
good quality stainless steel wok,this wok very good for stir-fried and chinese restaurant use,only the best is nailed joint. this winco wok is very good!

Needs balance
Being made of carbon steel is a definite plus. You don't need to oil it after every use like you do the old iron woks. The fry pan style handle was a good idea, but it needs a counter balance on the other side of the pan. The handle doesn't allow the wok to remain centered over the heat source the way it is now.

Good but HEAVY
I got this for my restaurant because it is stainless steel and food won't get stuck in the pan...but it is a little too heavy...the chef are refusing to use it because of the weight..I tried using it myself but it was too heavy for us so I can only give it a three stars
