How are the snails packaged in shipping? Wet paper towel in plastic bag or in a cup of water?

The snails came in a plastic bag with a little water stuffed inside of a shipping envelope two out of the three snails did not survive! 😤

How big do they get, and will they attack big snails? (My mystery snails I want to keep unharmed are about 3inches)

They can grow up to 3 inches and they will likely go after your mystery snails if no other “pest” snails are present in tank or not fed frequently enough.

Its been 10 days since ive ordered them and still haven't recieved them, is this normal?

Depending on the weather in your area it can be but they will need fed once you receive them.

how fast do they reproduce? will they eat my plants

Mine haven’t reproduced and it has been almost a year. From what I have read they don’t usually reproduce fast. They shouldn’t eat your plants; they are mainly carnivores
