Worked within hours. Highly recommended
Amazing!! Within Two hours of putting one in my basement we caught the little dude. I hate using glue trap or any inhumane method to rid of rodents, However all the traps to catch and release and/or poison I tried (and I tried several) did not work at all! The only thing that has actually worked within hours was these traps. You get plenty for your money and it is extremely sticky. We caught a humongous gopher rat in the basement and I am so glad to say this product has made my home rodent free. What a sigh of relief. Thank you!!! I will never buy anything else but this product. You get plenty for your money, The size is perfect, it is very durable and sticky, works like a charm. I would recommend this 10 out of 10 to absolutely anyone that has a problem with mice or rats in your basements, attics, or homes period. Very much worth the money and I can go to sleep tonight knowing he will not cause chaos in my basement any longer. No smell since we caught and could it so fast. The design is perfect. If you have a small or large problem, Here is your solution when all else fails.

It works too well
Pros:Initially, I purchased standard mouse glue traps thinking they would handle our uninvited guests easily. Unfortunately, the rats in my house treated those smaller traps like casual walkways! Enter the Catchmaster Jumbo Rat & Mouse Glue Traps. These large, pre-scented trays changed the game entirely. After setting these up and reviewing my nighttime security footage, I witnessed firsthand how effective they truly are—one small touch from a rat’s paw, and it was game over. No mess, no fuss, just effective pest control. If you’re dealing with stubborn rats or mice, look no further.Cons:On the downside, these traps work almost too well. I felt genuinely terrible having to handle the trapped rat, to the point where I had to creatively dodge my kids’ questions about what happened to our unwanted guest. It’s definitely effective pest control, but be prepared for the emotional aftermath if you have a sensitive heart or curious children.

Functional but I can see the down side.
I tried sealing up every crack around my house but to no avail. I know it is cruel but every winter, critters move into my basement. I catch many mice this way. They work. Place them strategically and the mice get trapped and it’s simple to discard and set up a new trap. Poisons seem more cruel as they cause internal bleeding and the mice can then die inside your walls. I tried the spring loaded cages but releasing the mice outside only caused them to come back inside. Catch and release is not working for me. In the end, these work but you will need to find a high traffic area to place them strategically.

Very sticky
I set a couple of these outside, and a couple inside. They work very well. I caught four mice outside, and two inside. A must have for a farm. I wish I had bought more.

Clean, neat, easy to use, effective
I have used this product for several years. It is a clean, neat way to entrap insects, spiders, and small rodents. (If a rodent gets caught, I plan to drown it so it doesn't suffer on the glue-surface.) Mostly, the trap has caught numerous unwanted spiders in a fire lookout tower: better in the trap than in my bed!

Worked the very first night!
After discovering, to my horror, that we had a mouse in our kitchen, I immediately called an exterminator. But they couldn’t come out until the following week and I wasn’t willing to wait that long. So I searched ‘effective mouse traps’ online and these came up. After reading a good amount of the reviews and seeing the photos/ videos, I ordered the 10 pack which came within 2 days. I placed 2 traps in our kitchen- one next to the wall exactly where I had last seen the mouse disappear in to and then the other I placed on our kitchen counter directly next to fridge bc there’s a large gap between the back of our fridge and the wall and I’d also found a few tiny mouse droppings along the back of counter. ( 🤢) I also placed 2 other traps, 1 under my husband’s vanity in our upstairs master bathroom ( which is directly above our kitchen) and then 1 outside of the vanity next to wall. I’d discovered a couple small droppings under his sink in the couple days waiting for traps to arrive while doing a thorough search of our home. I wasn’t messing around and wanted this rodent gone. The very next morning, after the first night of placing the traps ( I baited with raw walnuts and some crunchy PB on all 4 and then added raisins to a couple of them for extra flare), I caught not one mouse, but THREE. 2 on the trap next to wall where I’d last the mouse disappear. And then the other upstairs on the trap placed under my husband’s bathroom sink. I left the other remaining 2 out for another several days after that but didn’t catch anything and luckily, we also have not seen or had any other signs of mice in the house.ALSO, I want to add that I placed a baited trap out on our front porch bc I’d found droppings out there regularly. The trap sat for over 2 weeks, catching mostly just bugs, etc and I was thinking that I needed to just toss it. Then the other morning, I looked out our front door and there was a mouse on it! After it’d been outside in the heat and weather for that long and it still had enough stick to snag a mouse.Overall, I’m extremely impressed with these traps and they will now be my go-to for catching unwanted guests. We’re surrounded by several acres of wooded land with lots of wildlife so this probably won’t be our last encounter.
