My phone broke at 10pm, I found this one advertised on amazon for under 1/2 the shop price. Paid my £2.99 express postage and got it by 2pm the next day. So less than 16hrs later I had this amazing replacement delivered to an Amazon locker, no sitting in waiting for the post or having to put up with a mobile phone salesman. I will definitely recommend . Great little phone , does everything I need and the battery easily lasts the day.

I ordered two Samsung A12 but didn’t realise that it was two different sellers. This seller is a small business was and left a note in addressed to me thanking me for being a new customer and as a show of appreciation they had given me a free phone case. How fab is that. The other seller didn’t even put a plug in with the phone like this seller. Please support small businesses like this one. Excellent service and fab product. I’ll be buy from you again from this seller.

Nice phone

I got this phone on the 28th of January on the 29th tried to put it on to work and download program on nothing working the voice audio not working so I contacted amazon who told me that they will contact seller up to now seller has not counted me. So I called amazon to let them know that up to no not able to get on to seller third party so am having to return the phone back. What a bad services I have received from amazon and the third party seller. Am discus of the service I received so upset and never will trust buying any electrical equipment from amazon and I will spread the news to my friends and family of the bad services received. I asked for a voucher compensation of the time I had waited in waiting without a phone amazon told me they can't do that but will tell third party again. This will be the Third time they ate trying to reach the third party seller who knows if they will respond to this. Am having to send this phone back and wait for my refund. Am not happy at all with Amazon as I got the phone through them. Bad service and I am going to make a complaint.

What a fantastic buy at the price. The phone is in immaculate condition, nicely packaged with an additional screen protector. In terms of performance it's not the snapiest in the World but it's good for its age and does everything I need, and fingerprint is a must for a glasses wearer where facial recognition is hit and miss. All in all an excellent purchase.
