Working well, feel good after using it. It's good in low sugar, it also dissolves quickly in water. 👌🏻 It's also good to for daily consumption.

Cola flavour is bad
I loved lime & lemon flavour. Thought of giving another flavour a try, so ordered cola flavour. It is pathetic. Don’t buy cola flavour.

Could be better ( cola flavour)
It takes more than 2 minutes to completely dissolved. First I thought it's an expired product but it's not. Other Fast & Up products are working perfectly but this. Try with other flavours, not Cola.

Not that good in taste
Better go for Lemon flavour as it’s Cola flavour tastes a bit weird. Don’t expect the usual Cola taste. It’s way too different. I use 2 tablets for 800ml water during workout.
