Nice to have for seniors.

I love the convenience of throwing in freezer or heating up and putting right into the sling. No wet mess to clean up and throw right back in the freezer for next use!

I bought this for a torn Rotator Cuff injury that I have to consistently put ice on for the pain.I was under the impression the “cold” pack could be frozen and used that way. But when its frozen, its not flexible at all and doesn't sit properly in the brace.The brace itself i’ve been using on its own and find it helps a lot, good quality.Unfortunately i get no use out of the cold pack because if i only put it in the fridge, it doesn't get cold enough to feel through the actual brace.So Ive had to swap between the brace and my actually shoulder ice pack wrap. Regardless, the brace itself is nice which is why it gets 4 stars. :)

This gel pack fits in the shoulder brace perfectly and stayed cold for hrs. I am so happy I dont need it anymore, but we have it in the freezer just in case

The media could not be loaded.  Have only used for heat. Works great last several minutes. Easy to reheat. I don’t like ice packs so have not used that part. I will buy again if needed

Awesome product, reduced my recovery time to days instead of weeks, I'm not saying it'll do that for everyone but it did for me.

The item is good. But the issue I had was the the cold did not last more than 40-50 minutes in some instances and in others I would only get maybe tops 30min or so. It does get cold fast in the freezer. Just not lasting as long as I would have expected.
