Can I get this without the Smart hub which I already have?

Amazon offers this lock without the hub. And as long as you already have a hub, you do not need a 2nd one.

Does this require using the MyQ app, or will it allow control directly from Alexa (like the other Yale WiFi locks)?

MyQ App works great to enable the bluetooth of phone to act as a key. Not familiar with using Alexa, but you would need the MyQ Hub to remotely open/lock deadbolt

How many pin codes can be created?
