Unfortunately, the mattress arrived in a compressed package with visible damage, including a noticeable tear and stain on the surface, as shown in the attached images. This made the mattress completely unusable, and I was deeply disappointed by the lack of quality control from a reputed brand like Nilkamal. The return process has been an absolute nightmare. I reached out to both Amazon and Nilkamal, requesting alternative solutions to avoid returning the bulky mattress, but neither provided any viable options. Nilkamal outright refused to accept the return and directed me to Amazon. Amazon, in turn, insisted I repack the fully expanded 78x72x8-inch mattress for pickup—an impossible task for a single customer without multiple people, special equipment, and significant expense. The original compressed bag is far too small to reuse, making their return policy impractical and unfair. Having paid 100% in advance, I trusted Amazon and Nilkamal to deliver a quality product and service. Instead, their unprofessional and unethical handling has left me feeling cheated and stranded. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I cannot recommend this product or seller to anyone. Potential buyers should be cautious when purchasing large items like this. I urge Amazon and Nilkamal to address this issue promptly. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution within 24 hours, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action through Consumer Court to seek justice.
