Loch Ness Approved Lamb Sauce
Last time I had lamb with mint sauce was back in 1975 timeframe at some small inn along the road that passed by Loch Ness. This sauce helped revive that nostalgic time long ago, so it was pretty good.

This mint jelly is a must for lamb chops. I'm not a fan of lamb, but this jelly makes it tolerable.

Something was wrong with this jelly
I love mint jelly, and I have had good experiences with Stone Wall Kitchen products. So I ordered this rather expensive mint jelly, thinking I would be getting really fabulous tasting mint jelly. When it arrived and I opened it, a chemical odor wafted up from the jar. It smelled like formaldehyde or alcohol, or something very medicinal. When I tasted it, it tasted medical or chemical. I was astonished. Especially since Stone Wall Kitchen has such a good reputation. My husband then tasted it and spit it out. He thought it may be spoiled (gone bad) and that there was definitely something wrong with it. We cannot eat it. I tried to return it, but it is not returnable. I tried to contact the seller to alert them to a bad batch, but could not get thru the amazon process of taking me round and round. So - buyers beware: Stone Wall Kitchen Mint Jelly has issues.
