Natural Solutions Are Better If You Can...
My ophthalmologist recommends this to his patience. It's a great way of getting bad stuff off your eye lids. However, I think it's better to just use a simple rag with warm water to do the job if you can. NATURAL solutions are much better for eye health instead of putting a bunch of chemicals inside your eye in my opinion. But it also depends on what your issues are as well.

Least irritating eyelid scrub I have used.
One squirter on a scrub pad is all you need. One scrub pad for each eyw (don't cross contaminate). No scrub is perfect, this one bothers my actual eyeball less than others I have used. Comes out as a foam, the container seems to last forever.

Cleans your eyelids effectively
This is easy to use with its pump bottle of cleaner and envelope of 100 sterile pads. Does its job well. Can--given the instructions by an optometrist--keep your eye area clean. I knocked off a star because the pump started hanging up and has to be pulled up manually after every squirt. That's not really a bad problem. The product is excellent.

This definitely does the job. Even after one use, my eyes felt refreshed. I just need to remember to use this regularly.

Great product
I have been using this for several years on the recommendation of my ophthalmologist. It helps remove bacteria and even makeup that can cause eye styes and does not burn or cause any irritation.

Quality of Product Has Taken A Dive
According to Amazon, I’ve purchased this product 30 times. The last few times the pump dispenser sticks, the liquid inside doesn’t combine well so you get foam with no “slip,” and if you shake it, the dispenser leaks. The quality of this product is declining. I’m fed up! I’m switching to pre moistened pads. And because I’m fed up, I won’t be using the OcuSoft pads.

If you have dry eye syndrome this product is for you. Use twice daily to keep eyelids clean. Life saver! I have sensitive skin but this is non irritant unlike TTree wipes.
