Q: What is the percentage of shock absorbance? Why isn't that information provided in the description?

I have no idea what the % of shock absorbency is. But I can say I have used them for years in my running shoes and they provide a significant layer of cushion.

Q: Can they be cut to fit my shoes?

Yes they can be cut down They are thick so you may have to size up your shoes - nice cushioning !

Q: How many come in a pack? Is it one or two? Thanks!

Q: Would these work for low arches? I need some support, but I don't like feeling that my arch is being forced too high.

These are the ones I have and love them. I understand about the high arches in some and they make my feet hurt as well.
