Great Customer Service
I had ordered this product for my maker project. I was new to building stuff using small electronic devices (and even soldering). So, it took me some time to get the header pins soldered and get the ADXL345 hooked up to a NodeMCU. The X,Y,Z co-ordinate accelerator parameters were all coming in fine, however, on checking further, I realized that the hardware interrupt pins were sticking to in and around 0V - and therefore, I wasnt able to trigger the ISRs. However, by the time of this realization the 10 day return/replace window had already expired. On Amazon customer support advice, I wrote to the seller and they were prompt in sending me a replacement ADXL345. Such nice and prompt customer support was not something I have experienced before or was expecting. Thanks to such supportive sellers, our budding IoT community in India will be able to build stuff that really makes a difference in this world.
