This deck is fantastic. The card stock is very good, the cards have a nice matte finish, the backs are classy, and this rendition of the 1920's deck feels authentic and awesome. I have a couple of Vieux Monde Tarot decks, and they are all excellently made. The artwork is beautiful, and the quality of the cardstock and printing is exceptional. I recommend everything I have seen from this company.

I’m really happy with this deck overall. Le Tarot Astrologique is a beautiful reproduction of the original 1927 Paris deck published by B. P. Grimaud and created by Georges Muchery with artwork by Henri Armengol. The vintage style is gorgeous, with bold linework and colors that really give it that classic early-20th-century occult feel. The cards themselves are great quality too—the 350 GSM cardstock feels sturdy and shuffles nicely. I also really like the structure of the deck. The 48 cards focus on astrology, with three cards for each zodiac sign (0°, 10°, and 20°), plus planetary cards and cards for the Ascendant, Nodes, and Part of Fortune. It makes for a really interesting oracle system, especially if you enjoy working with astrology in your readings. The only downside is the included guidebook, which is fairly minimal and doesn’t go into much depth about how to interpret or work with the system. Since this deck uses its own astrological structure, beginners may find themselves wanting more explanation. If you want to get the most out of this deck, I’d recommend picking up the book The Astrological Tarot by Georges Muchery. It explains the system much more thoroughly and really helps make the deck easier to understand and use. Overall, it’s a beautiful historical deck and a great addition for anyone interested in astrology or vintage tarot/oracle systems.

Good looking deck and feels good quality (I am not a card deck expert). Colours are more muted than on the box but the pictures on the site are a fair representation. The artwork is stunning and it has a small guidebook to give context and guidance for readings.

This is an important historical deck, and I'm glad Vieux Monde Express reproduced it. My only issue is the bos, which is flimsy and a tad awkward.... this is fairly minor, and I've really liked all my decks purchased from Vieex Monde Express.
