For the mfg. does this same box come in black?

Currently there are only siliver ones in Amazon warehouse. Box in black will be available to order in December.

I only can tell you to call the sales Rep for the company and or contact the people selling it thru Amazon. I bought the aluminum project enclosure. It's really well made and I have 3 different sizes and might buy 1 more. I'm sorry I couldn't answer your question on black anodized model

Can i have the cad file of the unit?

Recommend contacting the supplier. I do not have CAD files.

Are the 4.33" x 2.01" x 1.50"(LWH) dimensions internal or external measurements?

External. I think not over the screwheads, but outside dimensions of the metal case. The end plates are .040" thick, and the interior height is 1.40, wiudth 1.78. There are two slots for cards, one near the top and one near the bottom, for .060" cards 1.88 inches wide.
