These fit perfect. They could use a better powder coating. The material they were made out of looked to be drops that were left outside to rust but nothing that anyone has mentioned to me yet. The look and design are awesome. The price was perfect be comparison to others on the market. After the first ride on my Highlifter I knew the trees were going to rip off my fenders where I ride. This was the first accessory bought and I have put them to the test. They keep me off the trees and pushes me away for tire clearance. I think I will be having them powder coated in the near future but not sure it will hold up any better. I do believe the instructions could have come with them. A one sheet of copy paper could have gone along way or even in the pictures of the add to show how easy it is. Maybe a 30 minute install after the guessing is done. Looking at the pictures it shows the rubber plugs on the outside of the holes. I think they go on the washer for the expansion bolt to hold everything together while you install it. It seemed to work either way but it is a one time install. the bolting is NOT reusable once expanded so no short cuts. pay attention to what your doing.

3 hole installation. 1 side went on with “moderate persuasion “. Passenger side required me to stretch the rear attachment point about a 1/2”. Also…free shop light did not work at all( hence why it was free). Overall they are very nice and sturdy..once you get them on!!

they need to make the product right so you don't have to do any to the frame that could cause frame to bend

Very sturdy heavy duty bars that look great. Perfect fit on my 2019 Polaris RZR 1000 XP. Easy to install for not a DIY guy. After unpacking they were on and tools put away in 20 minutes. I previously purchased a different, cheaper, brand (two sets) and returned both because they would not install. These are better built, look great and a piece of cake to install. Evidently they have improved the powder coating. My arrived Apr. 17, 2020 and looked very good. Find instruction sheet by Googling 'Allied Steel UTV Nerf Bars Replacement Expansion Bolts'. Like? All the bolts came with it. Dislike? The fact that only 1 out of 6 of the bolts fit. The slots for the bolts in the mounting tubes were too small. I had to file the shoulders of the bolts to get them to fit. Added to that was that the mounting tubes did not match the Rzr mounting holes by about 3/8 of an inch. After about an hour and a half, I was finally able to put them on the Rzr. A lot off work for what should have taken 10 minutes tops. Looks good, though. Luckily for me, I had the tools to do it.

Nerf bars seem nice and well put together but the hardware is awful and broke so easy. If you decide to buy these look into heavier hardware. So disappointed.

Wasn’t too bad to install just make sure they’re pushed in all the way for tightening I am a first time all hit a big rock with them paid for itself didn’t damage the body of the razor it’s well worth it’s money to me

They are very easy to get a hold of with questions or concerns, fast response times! The bars look great and i will be putting them to the test soon.
