Hi, across length-wise it is 11cm (just over 4 inches) and from top to bottom it is 8.5cm (just over 3.5 inches).

Hi. Yes. Mine has two zips to the side too and a credit/debit card fits one of these compartments and definitely the main compartment. It fab for what I use it for with a dog clip ring to my trouser loop.
