What a fantastic product! The aroma is amazing, and great tasing. The color is bright and completely fresh, I use it in many of my cooking and baking. The pouch reseals perfectly; the price point is also excellent. The seller is spectacular, and customer service friendly. I highly recommend this product.

I've been ordering my spices in bulk from this company because I make a lot of spice mixes. I buy the pretty jars in the grocery store and just keep refilling them. These are fresh and have a wonderful aroma. I had ordered some from overseas on Amazon and they were dreadful with absolutely no aroma. It was obvious that they were old. These have a two-year expiration date. I know I'll use them up before then and I'll just keep ordering from this company.

This Ginger Powder is fresh and I often use it instead of fresh root and it gets the zing in the dish. I use a lot of it. It's economical and comes in a resealable bag.

Great product

I was planning on giving this 5 stars because I thought it was excellent. I actually found a brand that's even tastier and stronger, and because of that I had to downgrade one star to be Fair. I still purchase this if I want a smaller pouch because the better brand comes in bulk, and this is still extremely good stuff. I drink ginger tea all day, every day...

Tastes great!

I love The Spice Way company! Their spices are so fresh and potent. This ginger is amazing. I use it to make my morning concoction of ginger, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper with warm lemon water and honey to keep my gut moving. It also gives me a gentle yet effective pick-me-up without caffeine.

There spices come in a very nice bag with a ziplock top to close up for storage. And it spells so good when you open the bag but too close can make you choke so just be careful.
