Very effective
Very effective in restlessness and inability to sleep. I suffer from bipolar disorder and use it at night when I am particularly restless, and it does the job with no drowsiness and no side effect. However, it may make you feel more tired. Watch out for that.

Best thing ever
I have been ordering these monthly from Amazon! Great for anxiety relief, better sleep, and they make you feel better within the first few days of starting! I do still burp up the lavender taste from time to time, but it honestly has never bothered me! It just means they’re working! Highly suggest these to everyone! My son actually takes these to help with anxiety as well, on occasion. If you’re going through perimenopause or menopause these help incredibly!

Works well
Works very well for stress without making me sleepy. I’ll occasionally burp and taste lavender throughout the day but that’s better than anxiety.

Too bad it can’t come when it’s promised.
I am so tired of having things scheduled to arrive one day and it comes late over and over again. The product is fantastic, but people have to realize it takes a few days to build up.
