Please do not buy a computer through here - Best Buy, PC Richards, HP directly
The keyboard was defective, did not work properly, requested another keyboard, it was also defective. Wifi did not work on the computer. I returned the computer exactly the way they send it and the refund was reduced. Please buy straight from HP, Best Buy or PC Richards. Big mistake buying a computer through Amazon.

fast computer
did like this computer. it is fast which i like. i donot like the speaker to the set. it is very weak and you need a external speaker. it does not have a camera i had to buy one and install on the screen

Will not connect to Wi-Fi
I’ve tried several times to connect via Wi-Fi but the adapter for Wi-Fi is not working and I really need this computer for school. The wireless usb gets extremely hot.

Not even instructions!
Only 2 cables in it! No instructions!Huge disappointment! Right for Christmas for my daughter. Now I have to wait for refund to get a new one.All this could've been avoided if they actually would've taken their time to do their job properly.

Efficient
So far so good. I use it mostly for school work. Haven't explored the camera. The keyboard was a little tight but since I have been using it, it is loosening up. So far so good. I am glad I purchased it.
