Does Hive pocket edition have the same size tiles as the regular Hive game?

Not sure, I believe the regular game has larger tiles but the pocket edition has tiles that are a resonable size. Honestly, I couldn't imagine them being any bigger that how they are in the pocket edition.

Are the Mosquito and Ladybug expansions compatible with Pocket Hive? Or are they included as additional pieces for the base Hive set?

Hive Pocket is a full, but smaller version of Hive, and it includes the Mosquito and Ladybug expansions. The tiles included are meant to be paired with the Hive Pocket set, as they are smaller pieces than the original set.

Are the instructions in English?
