Great product for office use
A metal encased box means it can be kept in an open/hot area and get knocked about and still work with cool efficiency. Netgear is a solid brand that I have used for more than 20 years and do not regret it.

it is not a good product same light blinking on 1000 and 100 mbps but written on switch 1000=green 100=yellow bandwidth also not proper
