White TXD , GREEN RXD, BLACK GND and RED is VCC, before start using need to download software for win10, then you will see serial COMx will be open and it is ready to use.

incorrect item description
instead of FTDI chip, I received the Prolific Chip in the delivery. this also had 4 wire pin-out.
