So far so good, I started w half a pill then after two weeks just started a full pill daily. Make north of 50 workout w weights 4 days a week.No sleep issues, no nausea, helped in actually improving mood a tad more aggressive, and a hair more energy in the gym. Marginal signs in offsetting gynocamastia and generally leading to better muscular shape in my chest. For the price how can you lose and not gamble w the productTastes a little gross but not horrible easy to swallow pill

It appears to be of consistent quality and effectiveness. Always shipped quickly and easy to swallow. I do wish it was made in a gel cap, however.

I've noticed since I started taking this supplement my energy level has increased and I sweat faster while working out. The capsules are easy to swallow. I've also noticed clearer skin. The value for money is a good deal.

I started getting signs of aromatization from TRT so I decided to try DIM. At first I tried taking the whole 300mg which helped with brain fog but gave me fatigue and ED so I went off of it. After doing some research I decided to try again but split the pill, taking about 1/5-1/4 of the total amount (aiming for 50-100mg).At this dosage I found it to be extremely effective, to a detrimental extent. It actually tanked my estrogen to the single digits if I took it daily. 50-100mg every other day seems to work however.TLDR: Good product but the dosage is probably too high for you if you are male. I hope the manufacturer will make a version with no more than 100mg per capsule.

Was only on this for 2 weeks. In that time my mood swings were giving me whiplash. Irritable. I was tired during the day. Sleep was totally disrupted at night, waking up every hour.Of course, my pee was reddish brown. I just think this is too high of a dose for me.
