GRIDMANN Stainless Steel Kitchen Prep Table 36 x 24 Inches with Backsplash & Under Shelf, NSF Commercial Work Table for Restaurant and Home

I did research for a few months trying to figure out how I was going to add some extra counter space to my modestly sized New York apartment's kitchen. After looking at every single option (..literally, everything), I decided to stick to my guns and go for a Stainless Prep Table. After looking around for something that was a) affordable, b) the correct height (My counters are 36 inches, and a lot of these tables are 34 inches tall), I settled on this Table.Let me say, I am not sure about all the reviewers whose units had broken off nuts, just seems like poor quality control, and possibly some returns being re-sold.I will definitely acknowledge that there were some minor imperfections on the table, though none serious enough to warrant me taking a photo of (1 inch, pretty shallow scratch in one spot, and a 1-2mm wide dent in another). This is something that is noted in the Listing here, but before buying on Amazon I went to the MFG's website, and found that they (GRIDMANN) posted the same disclaimer on their site as well, meaning that any issues with the product are to be expected (within an acceptable limit) as these are meant to be used in commercial applications.I was VERY happy with this table. Assembly was very simple, and to give it a whirl I hopped up and sat on the table-top after I finished putting it together, and it felt rock solid (6'1", 170). With the adjustable legs the counter surface is about 35 1/2 in. high (plus a 1.5 in. cutting board on top of that for most prep. feels great), it feels level when I am chopping or slicing food, and as a prep area and workstation for my Sous Vide tub/Instant Pot its super convenient (and the stainless doesn't need to be as worried about as a solid wood top). Shipping was fast, product didn't look to banged up, YMMV but you might luck out like I and many others did :)

This table is six pieces to assemble. It goes together with Allen head set screws, and the correct Allen key is included.The galvanized shelf is fully height adjustable which is a huge plus.The backsplash and wonderful rounded corners make this a really classy and useful work table.Yes getting the film off was a little bit of a pain, but the use of a hairdryer makes it go faster.I highly recommend this table as a quality item for a very reasonable price.

Product high quality for home mudroom needs. Disappointing that item was received in slightly damaged condition -- left edges of backsplash and top shelf were bent and a screw head underneath sheared off. Loss of screw head does not compromise integrity though and were able to reasonably straighten backsplash and counter edges but wish we didn't have to!! Damage obviously from shipping although shipping box could be stronger and have extra padding to absorb drops, especially to protect fragile edges of item. It appeared that the box had been dropped on one of the corners, i.e. the corner that was bent.Mix Wholesale did send out a message after delivery saying if there were issues or concerns to call them; I opted not to call in the damage but having their contact # was considerate.

I have to admit I was a little scared on this reading some of the reviews, and seeing the pictures. It arrived in pretty good shape. No major scratches, and no damage. A couple of small scratches, but it is holding my pizza oven, so it didn't have to be pristine. Follow the instruction about assembling upside down. It worked pretty well. It is a pain to do. Over 1/2 hour. The bad thing was, the legs after assembly were not exactly the same, so Not level. I would have had to make a long and frustrating work to adjust two of the legs into the table top at slightly different length to get the table to be level. Luckily, I found a spot where I could place where two places for the legs were slightly deeper, so it doesn't wiggle. (Kind of cheating!) I would like to know how much weight it is rated for. I suspect not a lot.

I bought this table to lift my Bradley smoker up for my convenience. I just assembled it today. The table is weighty enough to be sturdy, easy to assemble and clean looking. There is a plastic tape wrap on the table and shelf to protect it during transport and that took some time to pull off. I wiped the table top with mineral spirits to remove the bits that I couldn’t pick off. I plan to leave this table outside year round on my deck so stainless steel should work well.

Product is very sturdy and looks professional. Installation was very easy and the price was excellent. Downside is, it scratches easily. I’m using it to support an outdoor wood burning pizza oven and it looks great and serves the purpose.

you can't beat the price on this even though it may come in flawed. i needed a table to put my 3d printer on since i needed to open up my desk. There was a single dent on the top surface of the table, not a big issue for what im using it for. it's also stated by the manufacturer that there are flaws. it's more lack of quality control on their part, but hey they warn you and lack of quality control means cheaper products.
