Great value for money
The cartridges came quickly, were easy to install and work well with my OEM HP Printer.he printer does alert you to the fact that non-OEM cartridges are being used, but it accepts them and they work well.

Work well enough for home use.
I haven't compared the HP cartridges against these but for the printing we do this product works great and is reasonably priced. Highly recommend them for anyone who just prints occasionally. Not sure how many sheets they will print, or how good the photos will turn out yet either, but they do print great color as we have used them for a small brochure.

Does not work with all HP Printers.
Update (02/14/23) I received an email from the company saying that they will refund my purchase. So, they were willing to make it right despite the (60) day policy. That is very much appreciated. Original Post (02/12/23) I did not discover that the cartridges wouldn't work with my HP Printer until after the return period of (60 days) had passed. Amazon is of no help. Manufacturer is of no help. I'll dispute the charge on my CC. Ugh...

Black cartridge not recognized
The cyan, yellow, and magenta worked just fine, but the black (k) cartridge is not recognized by the printer and won't work. Sent an email into company, waiting to hear back.Heard back and it was my mistake. The black cartridge was actually from over 2 years ago - another family member had opened package and put with our printer stuff.Customer service was helpful, but since it was well past the 2 year warranty, they did not offer a replacement or refund. Purchased new black ones and so far they work great!

Does not work! Save your time and money
Bought back in January when I wanted to be sure I wouldn't run out of ink working from home. Installed a black XL for HP 8700 series and after battling for a month with it am throwing it out. Half the time it doesn't print anything, the rest of the time it's nearly invisible on the page.

Had to clean up the printer head few times before it could work.

Impressive
I have been using this ValueToner in black and color and it's been great! Initially there was error message and the alignment was off but with a couple more prints the problem was fixed. The second time I got the ValueToner it did not have that error or alignment issue but worked perfectly from the start. As long as I can I will continue to purchase ValueToner for my HP printer. Thanks ValueToner, for the savings, quality and piece of mind!
