I bought this product 34 days ago and now it stopped working. Return window is closed. What should i do? Anyone else had same issue?

Same scenario, bought for my wife for Christmas 2022, stopped working in late January, contacted the company via their customer service email site. NO RESPONSE!! Good Job Amazon another rip off.

Just received all the way up at 9 and isn’t even hot! Anyone else ?

Do the heating elements extend to side of neck or just in center? I have left side neck pain.

I took mine out to actually feel it. It does have a place on each side where there are 2 wires. I was having some bad pain with a left kink in my neck and this helped a lot in relaxing it out. I think it would also help if you turned it around and held the side of it up on your neck if you wanted more heat actually on the side of your neck. I think it is a great product for me.

What are the temperatures for each levels? How hot it can be?

I don’t know what the temperatures are for each level. No information is given for this. I always set my mine for level nine, and that works very well for me.
