Very pleased with my iPad mini. Purchased for my 3 year old son and I can’t wait to give it to him, good quality no scratches looks new. Battery could be better but honestly I can’t complain. We learning and watching movies with no problems

IPad Mini 4
Received just as described. I had to update the IOS to a newer version to be able to download any apps. When downloading the newest IOS it completely froze and would not do anything. Luckily i was able to restore it using iTunes and was able to get the newest IOS downloaded. It works good. The battery last and holds all day. Would recommend again. No scratches or cracks.

Avoid this Reseller at all cost.
I ordered 3 of these for a client. 2 arrived working. 1 arrived completely non responsive. No charging not working. I opened a ticket with support, Amazon said a replacement would be shipped right away and I'd return the old bad unit within 30 days. Sure that's fine. Fast forward over a week item hasn't shipped. I keep checking order details and arrival date just moves later daily. So today I click on my replacement order and message seller. They tell me it's not sent as payment is pending. Contact Amazon support. I contact Amazon support who tells me the order shows as cancelled by seller due to stock. Odd. It's not what they told me. And at this moment the page still shows items in stock and prime delivery. This is just shady. Have a feeling I might just have to dispute the charge with Amex. If seller makes things right I will update review accordingly.

Small and portable, short battery life
I loved my regular iPad but wanted something lighter. This iPad Mini 4 is perfect for reading on, lightweight, and the touch screen is very responsive. My only complaint is that the battery drains very quickly.

Good Refurbrish
Was bought for my 7 year old to use and it served her well. The small size is easy to carry and fits well in a case. There was no damage to the IPad and my husband set it up easily. She only watches videos and plays basic games so it was a good purchase for the value.

Meh
The iPad is nice very clean looking but the problem i have with it is that the battery is bad. Now i get it’s supposed to be refurbished but if im not mistaken isn’t the faulty parts supposed to be replaced before selling if its claimed to be refurbished? I expected some issues later down the line but i just got the tablet Sunday and i have to keep it on the charger majority of use or it will cut off at like 30 percent. And what disappointed me is i thought this product was inspected or back by Amazon guarantee 🤷🏾♀️ well i guess i won’t be buying any other electronics from Amazon unless its brand spanking new.

I love my new iPad it was so affordable and came in great condition. A few scratches on the sides but that's mainly from shipping. Other than that it was so cheap and nice.
