Installed on my Super Tenere. Simple install and works awesome. It's great at get the wind over your helmet, rain too! I have used it for 5k, long trips 500+, and wouldn't travel without it on in the future. It's a inexpensive solution to wind turbulence issues. Speed (100 mph), wind (big gust), and Rain (would have pulled over without) tested..it works!!

I’d start by saying this is probably the most affordable clip on style wind screen I could find. I wanted the givi model but wasn’t sure if it would solve my issues so I figured I’d try this for $35 before spending $150+ on the givi.Good:-Cost effective- Blocks wind well especially after you fiddle with it to get it just right-Clamps well and solid. The rubber cover definetly helps keep scratches off my wind screen. It also came with metal strips to spread the load of the set screws. You can tell they thought about this!-Solves my buffeting issue-Finish on the metal parts looks nice-The rag that comes with it is top quality, nicest thing in the box it came in!Bad:-Hardware feels very cheap, (to be clear the aluminum brackets are nice, it’s the washers and cam and nut that feel weak)-the cam lock can over extend and need a screw driver or something to loosen it to adjust.-visibility through the clear version is like looking through an empty 2 liter soda bottle, so if this goes in front of your eyes it will block your view for road conditions, if it’s below your eyes you will probably be ok.I bought this because I was experiencing buffeting and it was driving me nuts. I could hold my hand out just above my wind screen and it would solve the issue, which is how I came to trying this extender. The givi brand looks very similar but is 5x the cost. My wind screen is givi so I would assume the visibility would be the same (givi windscreen is crystal clear). I haven’t decided if I want to upgrade to the givi yet as this one “doesn’t not work”.I think if you need to get the wind off of you and you don’t need this right in your eye line this is a smart purchase. If you are picky and like higher quality products I’d say go for the givi. If you are like me and not sure if this will solve the problem I’d double check the return policy but go with the givi.I’ll see how long this product lasts amd report back next riding season (or sooner if it’s fails before then). Overall I’d say it’s great for the price, but not great, and the biggest draw back I think is the visibility through it. If visibility won’t be an issue definitely save your money by buying this.Thank you for reading my review

Excelente calidad

Mounting is not hard but it is not easy to get the pieces lined up. Also on gravel roads i find that the clamp came loose and really needed to be cranked down. This was a little bit of a concern not wanting to Crack the windshield. It didn't but nevertheless was a concern.

Quality and fast service

I mounted it on a '22 BMW R1250 GS.I used the silicone boots the wind deflector comes with to install it temporarily to the curved windscreen long enough to determine whether it would work or not.After verifying that the turbulent air broke above my helmet instead of mid-visor, I removed the silicone boots and made a more permanent connection to the windscreen. The helmet is much more quiet now.I'm 6'2" for reference.Edit: After a couple hundred miles I haven't needed to clean bugs off my visor, whereas the day before a 20 minute trip to town required a cleaning when I got there, and then when I got home. I'm very pleased with it.

W/a little customized alteration, it should work for my application.

Product does a good job of redirecting wind over your helmet.However the set screw used to secure the extension to the existing windshield is not secure and could come loose.I lost 2 of 4 set screws within 3 months of purchase. Should use lock tight once installed to preventing coming loose. Could not contact manufacturer to request 2 new set screws.
