Well, I think you have a few options. First go to your orders, and on the left side, underneath the title of your purchase, you will see (in small font) Sold by: ........ If it is a Blue Link, click on it, and you can reach out to the seller via e-mail. I have done it before. However, if there is no link to click, then go to your Oders page.
