Works great, quality utensil
This works great! I use it as a whisk and a stir utensil. I am so pleased with the excellent quality of this product. It is easy to use, and a great value for your money. It looks nice in my utensil jar. I am over 60 and this is the best utensil I have used. If you do any work in the kitchen I highly recommend you get one of these and see how handy it is to mix up your food, especially solid food. It is also easy to clean.

Perfect whisk for mixing batter and dough
This is the best whisk for stirring batter and dough easily and quickly. It is amazing! No need for an electric appliance. I wish I’d had one years ago. I’d give it ten stars if I could!

Highly effective whisk
This sturdy whisk is a very effective tool for mixing batters and doughs. In about a quarter of the time that it would take me to mix using a spoon, wet and dry ingredients are quickly incorporated. Dough mixes together smoothly and efficiently every time. It is my favorite mixing tool to reach for currently. The sturdy, stainless steel coil is rugged enough to handle mixing even strong bread doughs. I find the handle comfortable, it is long and easy to get good leverage with when needed. The whisk does require hand washing because of the wooden handle but it cleans easily.

Perfect for Bread Dough
I bake a lot of sourdough and actually enjoy a hands on approach instead of getting out the big mixer. This tool was a game changer and makes it so easy to incorporate the flour into my starter and water and bring my dough together before stretch and folds. Handle is perfect length to get to the bottom of my Cambro. Unlike my first Danish whisk, this one the wire has a large enough gap in the bends that it is much easier to clean. Overall, well made and very sturdy. I do treat the handle periodically w/ butcher block oil, but that's just a personal preference.
