The casing and the wheels broke after two months of moderate use. We would like a replacement if possible.

Bought this zip line kit for my niece and nephew. Sturdy enough for two school kids to use. Hours of fun, they absolutely love it! Packed well and easy to install, just follow the instruction coming with the package. Perfect gift for summer time and it was worthy of the 5 stars for sure. Decently priced compared to similar zip lines.
