The only Bouillon I buy!
The only bouillon I buy! Great taste not a lot of salt. Easy to use. I have used it in soups, crockpot roasts, and meatloaf. I have purchase both the beef and chicken base. I love to cook and want flavorful foods. This product always does just that.

It really is Better than Bouillon!
Love this beef base, it adds a depth and richness soups and stews. This brand also has chicken and vegetable bases and all have a superior flavor in comparison to traditional box or cans of broth or granules/powdered bouillons. I keep all of these on hand.

This is absolutely adequate to use in place of small to medium amounts of beef broth or stock, say, in a soup or other recipe--for a braise, it's fine. Decent flavor, no powdery bouillon taste. Recommend.

Decent beef broth concentrate paste!
So versatile since I have always just used the box broths ie College Inn, Pacific or Swanson. This jar claims to make 38 cups of broth. Don't really care too much quantity but the quality means more to me. Yes the sodium can be high but as a chef just know how to mix it in with other ingredients and you won't go wrong with this product. Makes your beef braises more flavorful and French onion soup delicious!!!

I love this stuff
This is my third jar ordering from Amazon. The roasted beef flavor base is my favorite. Has an intense flavor to it which I add to canned soup or to gravies. It's great just for a cup of hot broth, and saves having to open up a can of bouillon to add to pot roast.

but is it really Better ?
better than bouillon ? taste = its similar it might be a little better price = no its not better ingredients = its not really better, the organic version of better-than might be though consistency = yes i think its better than a powder why give it 4 stars ? the taste and the consistency are acceptable. it makes a fast soup broth and easy vegetable stew at a reasonable price

TOP TIER TASTE
I've been buying this item for YEARS and its top tier. 5 Star Flavor, so much better than cubes and powder. Follow the instructions on the label and adjust to meet your personal taste. Highly recommend making beef stew with this. I am a customer for life.

You want be disappointed
This is the Best bouillon I have ever had. Last a long time in Frig. Goes good with and beefs up any beef dish
