Is the outside units waterproof

We have ours out in the weather and they are working fine. They have been out for 5 months now with no problems.

how to restart the whole program it stopped working after only 3 days.?

All I can think of is restarting from original set up. Mine has worked ever since fisrt set up.

I own 5 of these units with 20 sensors combined for different properties. All 5 receivers beep contantly. I have reset, but no change?
