Can it be used upside down?

You can use both sides. So upside down would be for mountain climbers, planks and a ton of other exercises.

How does this compare to the Elite grey model?

This model has the feel you would expect from the normal BOSU Balance Trainer, with added benefit of the textured grip and visual aid of the markings. The Elite is a much firmer dome for higher impact type exercises, and less of a balance challenege.

I'm missing the plug. Does anyone know what size plug this requires so I can order one?

Does this product have resistance bands, or a place where resistance bands could be attached?

No resistance bands came with mine but you could put them under your feet or the bottom if your bands are long enough. No loops.

不良品の発送

商品到着時から、この部分だけ何故か隙間があった。ただ空気を入れてみると、空気の抜けはなかったので、少し隙間が出来たりする仕様だと思い1カ月ほど使用。案の定、この隙間があった部分のチューブ部分から穴があき、空気が抜けるようになった。
