This duster is amazing! I used it to remove thick spiderwebs from the exterior of my second floor apartment windows and awnings. After I cleaned off the webs, I coated the brush in diatomaceous earth and used it to powder hard to reach areas for a little extra pest control. I’m a 5’0” woman and was able to reach extremely high areas without any issues. The pole itself is light yet very sturdy (no wobbling) and the brush is high quality, hand washable & reusable. Both will last a long time. Well worth the $50.

I wasn’t sure if this would work as described but needed to try. I am building a home in a tropical forest and the spiders have gone wild on the exterior of our house. They needed to be cleaned up. The home is build high and I needed to reach up into the eaves. This worked so well, I am very pleased. I feel confident that I can continue to keep my house clean. The pole is very sturdy and I like that it can be made longer and shorter as needed. The brush works fine. Any number of brushes can be used on this pole in the future so that is great. Once the brush is “used up” I can just get another one and continue to use the pole. Not expensive at all, well worth the price if you need to clean up high.

Great unit. USA made. Reached longer than expected. Cleans up easy. Only draw back is head twisted off and feel in pool needed recovery..but it was obviously user error, too many swipes in same direction. No star loss for me being a boneheaded.

Great product, decent quality, and excellent customer service. When I first received the product the packaging was poor/damaged and brush was permanently smashed/deformed. I suspect this was result of Amazon warehouse storage. I snapped a couple of photos and emailed the company. They responded in just 2 hours on a weekend. They FedEx'd me a replacement brush. This kind of customer service is rare these days. The pole works excellent and the new brush does as well. Makes the job of removing spider webs from the house eves so easy. Worth the extra over the Chinese knock-offs.

Gets all the spiderwebs off the screened in pool

This cobweb brush and pole is exactly what we needed. The last few years we have had an increase in spiders and their webs in our pool cage. The pole is very sturdy and adjustable, so long enough to reach the top of the screen cage. We have had our brush for over a year and used it not only for our house but for both our kids pool areas also. They both were impressed, so I recently ordered 2 more for my kids homes, unfortunately one came from the delivery co. with a torn open box, and the brush was missing. The company went out if their way to make it right, and sent me a cobweb brush head overnight delivery. And followed up the next day to see if I had received it and if all was well. Good customer service and , balanced and easy to use, and made of durable quality materials. What’s not to like.

The item was will packaged with no damage but I did notice the duster looks different from the website (not fluffy and smashed). I normally would just return back to Amazon and look for another. But the quality of the extension pole was very well made, so I decided to email the customer service and ask about the duster. The customer service was very professional and went above and beyond. (They send me a replacement of the duster.) They truly care about their products and customers. Found out that they are a small family own business. I am extremely happy for my purchase, great price for high quality product. Here is my pro and con about the product... Pro: - Sturdy pole (with it extended to max length) - no sharp edges - light weight and easy to handle for two story house - non slip and cushion handle was a bonus - love the clip lock (most extension pole uses twist lock), this clip lock is easy for hands and wrists. - pole adjustment was very smooth and easy to use - material used was top quality con: None. Wish there are more top quality item and Great company like Extend-A-Reach on Amazon. If you are looking for a great cobweb extension duster, give this a try. You will not regret it.
