how long will it take to charge my eastshine e35 3500mah 18650 battery? 1pc? 2pcs?

It charges my 2 batteries in about 3 hours if they are almost dead. Less time obviously if they are say half dead, then about 1.5 hours.

Does it charge 18650 flat top batteries?
