I got this for Christmas and it is a good quality neoprene back brace and sweat inducer. I wear a thin shirt under this wrap and I come home from work with it soaked every time. This keeps me warm on cold days and supported when I am doing lots of lifting. The low price and high function make this a good value.

This belt is ok. The only issue I have is too thick and it's hard to wear it under your clothes and it looks bulky so I can't wear it when I go out , only at home . I wish it's little bit thinner .

Great back support. Good quality. As for losing inches I'm not sure it makes a difference since I only use it twice a week.

Product provides good support for back and serves as reminder to keep core tight while training. I only gave four stars because I am a petite person (5'3", 130 lbs) and the wrap reaches right under breasts and then covers hips. There were no options for sizes (one size fits most). The wrap works for me, but may not for a smaller person. I am writing this review in exchange for discounted price on product.

This belt is great for me since I work sitting behind a desk for hours & my daily commute is around 2 hours a day. Even though I’m physically not exercising during work I still feel that the target area is compacted. The material is light weight yet effective and since its not bulky it really fits well under my work clothes. It controls my tummy & I tend to be slouchy at times so I found that it really helps keep a better posture. Its easy to clean after a sweaty workout very compact and easily stored. It rolls up and you can fit it in a gym bag take it when you travel seriously anywhere. It really does make you sweat when you are wearing it. This is targeting your back and stomach fat. By no means am I saying this is the key to a perfect sculpted body, but like anything…consistency, the right healthy balanced diet, exercise this is a great addition to achieving those body goals. I used this wrap the other night when I ran and man was I soaked when I got done. This defiantly causes the body to expel water in the mid section. I will continue to wear this when I run but will make sure to increase my water intake. I does help shed excess water weight but as to strengthening and toning he core only time will tell.
