Changed over the outside light & it is working as it should. Excellent beam. Very impressed.

I purchased this as the current light is not working properly. I have tested it in the house and the settings work perfectly, I find 10w is just right for the back yard. One of the best things about it is that it's much smaller than the one it's replacing, it's about two thirds the size including a thinner PIR. Strangely it has more LED'S 14, than the larger units 12, go figure. I Just fitted it about 20ft up on an outside wall and another major plus is the mounting bracket is angled diagonally which is brilliant, it means you don't have to remove the bracket from the light to screw it into the wall, the other lights I have the bracket to be needs removed first and as any DIY person knows, nothing worse than trying to fit a bolt and washer up a high ladder, they inevitably fall off and get lost or it adds to the time going to retrieve them, also the bracket legs are a bit longer which makes it easier to pivot the light to the required angle. This made replacement a very easy 10min job. My only concerns would be that the smaller housing won't dissipate the heat as efficiently and the fact it's IP54 not IP65 like the unit it's replacing. Last point, the power cable is much thicker than the other lights. I will update the review once I have used it for a few months.

Delivery was quicker than I expected which I was very happy about and easy to install, the wiring is simple to connect. I am very pleased with my security light as I have a small front garden with an open porch so I am pleased that it is waterproof, I chose this security light for a few reasons I needed a sensor as I didn't want the light on all night, as I have a public footpath close to my garden gate with other neighbours walking past and I didn't want the light being triggered all the time only when someone came down my patch. I was also pleased it had settings to spread the light out further if needed I fitted it underneath my porch room and it lights up my steps and garden just as I want, once fitted it looks great and for £14 it is value for money, the wire that comes with it could have been longer, but all in all I would recommend this to you if you are looking for Durability, long-lasting and a sensor.

EASY TO INSTALL GOOD PRODUCT VERY BRIGHT

I wanted to illuminate my front path and steps and had had an issue with a solar powered light I tried, when the weather wasn't bright enough over several days to keep it charged, and came across these lights in my search. At first I wondered if they would be bright enough, being rated at only 20W, but since other reviews said they were OK I decided to go ahead and ordered two. They are indeed plenty bright enough and besides adjusting the angle of the light you can also alter the sensor sensitivity and angle, length of time the light is on for and the degree of light before it's triggered. In spite of the adjustability of the sensor position and angle of the light I did find it quite tricky to get it to perform just as I wanted it to but got there in the end after many trial and error sessions. Can't comment on its durability and weatherproofing but it seems to be very sturdy, being all in one piece in aluminium, and providing the factory sealing of the power lead is good it should last well. My previous mains light from a different supplier didn't last too long as water was able to get inside! Edit 13/4/24: I originally gave this product 5 stars. However, I discovered after three months that one of the two I bought wasn't working properly with only half the LEDs working. Not very good durability. I contacted the seller via Amazon who responded really quickly with an offer to either refund or replace. I opted for one replacement and advised accordingly. Then I waited. Nothing happened though Easter was in the middle so I expected some delay. Still no contact or replacement so I emailed them direct on the 10th April but still no response. Make of that what you will but I shan't be putting any more business their way unless they resolve things pretty quickly.

Due to a wait for an electrician to connect the light, it was only installed today, unfortunately the motion sensor was faulty. The quality of the lamp itself seems okay, though the fixing bracket is less than sturdy, again that is my opinion. Installing the light was very simple and it was ready to be connected when the electrician arrived, but the sensor seemed to be very temperamental when tested by the electrician and then ceased to function . If not for the faulty sensor I may have given it 4 stars, but I have generously given it 3 stars. I have purchased Lepro lights before with no problem, so I will put this down to bad quality control. Value for money….. at this moment I have to say No!! I will be returning it tomorrow.

Très fin, de bonne qualité. Le verre est très solide. Le support métal en U ne se déforme pas même en vissant fort. Le code couleur des fils électriques est bien respecté pour le branchement. La détection est rapide (situé à 2,20m de hauteur, il s'allume quand on passe à 10m). L'eclairage est puissant en blanc froid.

Ich habe mit dem Strahler den Außenbereich hinter dem Haus Beleuchtet. Die Montage ist super einfach. Da der Strahler auch nicht viel wiegt hätte eine Schraube zum halten gelangt. Allerdings könnte man ihn dann ja verdrehen also sind 2 zu empfehlen. Die Lichtleistung lang aus um alles sehen zu können. Als Arbeitslicht nicht unbedingt das beste aber wer einfach nur Nachts ums Haus laufen will sei es für Feuerholz holen oder was auch immer ist mit dem Strahler gut beraten. Er ist komplett geschlossen so das er auch im Regen hängen kann. Das Anschlusskabel ist Strahlerseitig bereits montiert. Er wirkt gut verarbeitet. Lediglich der Bewegungsmeldern wirkt etwas billig aber funktioniert anstandslos. Von meiner Seite für den Preis ein Top Produkt das ich wieder kaufen würde.
