Instant Knockout - Fat Burner Weight Loss Shredding Formula - All Natural Ingredients

Don't want to call this a miracle pill yet, but this one has certainly worked for me. Approximately 7 lbs in a month. Have not changed anything: Low carb diet, intermittent fasting (9 pm to 12 pm), 35-40 min elliptical 6 days/week. I only take one right around noon with my lunch (about 500 kcal). Total kcal is about 1200-1400 usually. This does suppress appetitite and the caffeine does help in the afternoon, so no coffee after I finish the first 2 cups in the morning.

Very good product

After reading about this product for years, I decided to give it a go. First I must say I used Animal cuts fat burners (on and off for 3 years) and got very good results. However, I think my body was getting used to it, therefore the effects wasn't the same anymore. I also found out they changed the formula. So I decided it was time to try something new. Instant knockout cuts, I have read and seen this product online for years. All I can say it has zero effect on me, everything they claimed it would do, it didn't. I felt hungry, I had no extra boost, I did not sweat, (I sweat a huge amount very easily). I haven't finished the bottle yet, so far it's been a very expensive waste of money.

The delivery for this product was really fast and impressive and upon receipt, the most striking thing about it was the design of the package. It looks really luxurious and inviting. The first thing I took a look at was the ingredients list and was really pleased to see that there more natural ingredients and a healthy amount of Caffeine in it. I had seen previous reviews mention that it is not a diet pill but an energiser. I have been taking these for the past 7 days and I would say that I do feel energised but I haven't noticed any significant weight loss and I will keep taking these and see if there's any results after one month before I can clearly certify that it does work a diet pill. Just to note that it is hard keeping up with the routine to take these as you need to take four pills in a day. One just has to remember or set an alarm daily.

Great product! This product arrived really quickly and is a great supplement. This really took away my craving for food and has improved my eating so I don’t eat as many fatty foods before going to the gym! This is certainly helped me perform much better day-to-day as this gives me so much more energy! I will continue to buy this product as it has been great! This has honestly been so good for my daily routine, especially when working from home and then visiting the gym later on in the day!
