Very good condition, quick delivery. That would have been enough to make me happy, except that I had a problem booting the first time (it ended up being my fault). I called their support line and they were extremely helpful, leading me through some hardware inspections/diagnostics until the problem was solved. Type A, Class 1 customer service. I later had a question about adding memory (it is, after all, a server, not really a PC), and they sent me a document that led me through the process. 'Couldn't have asked for more!The computer itself is top quality, sturdy and solid. HP offers a system performance adviser as a free download, and I highly recommend it if you want to keep track of what's going on inside the box; it provides a wealth of useful information.One thing worth noting: It is a rather old machine, and it has a proprietary power supply. Exercising an abundance of caution, I picked up a refurbished spare, just in case something goes wrong. Of course, now that I have the spare, nothing will ever go wrong with the original. Oh, well.Again, quick delivery, solid machine, unsurpassed customer service, great support (and did I mention a great price?). Five stars, and then some.

I needed a 4 monitor computer for stock trading and did not want to spend a fortune. This has worked out really well. It's big, heavy and noisy, at least compared to a new one. There is a steady whirr of a fan whenever it is on. When I booted it up the first time there was a really loud whirring for a few seconds, but as I don't do a lot of processing it hasn't come on since then. As the output jacks are VGA you will need to buy a VGA to HTML adapter for each HTML monitors. It came with a USB plug-in wireless receiver that allows you to access the internet. I had to call the help line once during the set-up and they were very helpful. You aren't going to find a 4-monitor capable P/C with this kind of power anywhere.

This is supposed to be new out of the box, but they gave me this peace of crap! The box came in perfect condition and all bubbles wrapped, but the computer was dented and scratched and all sides! The graphics card was missing, and the machine has an account with information still in the HD. Very disappointed.

This HP Beast is fastest thing on no legs. Used refurbished look's brand new works great. Duel quad 3.3 gig processors 556 Gig ram 128 gig video card 2 TB hard drive. I do a lot of video with Gopro. Gopro software make's you convert their video before you can edit. My old computer would grind away for 20 minutes to process about 5 minutes of video the files are huge. The beast ripped through it in less than 60 seconds. Fans kick on and off according to processing load. You can hear the fans but its only temporary while she is eating which is not long. About 5 times cheaper going refurbished and its the same as new.

This item was labled new but side panel was scuffed and minor scratches. No problem.The computer worked great until November 2019, in which the system started to freeze intermittently. there good days and bad days with multiple reboots.This system is being repaired Stallion Tek for CPU / Motherboard issues awaiting it's return.

Pro: Fast speed; easy to set up.Con: 1. The provided vga adapters are ridiculously useless. Anybody wants to buy such a powerful computer and link it to a vga monitor? I bought it for my hdmi tv. I had to buy an hdmi adapter, which is not expensive, but what a trouble! 2. The computer is good, but you can’t make it better. If you want to add another hard drive, more rams, etc., forget it! There is no room for such things.

absolutely love the computer, has a thousand usb hubs which is fantastic, runs like a rolls Royce, with the strength of 1000 horse power, with a rating of 1 to 100 I give it a 100+ it' as fast as a cheetah
