Q: Does this make the bed hot to sleep on when lying on it at night?

Not noticeably. I use flannel bottom sheets in the winter to make the bed feel warmer and cotton in the summer for coolness.

Yes it can fit. However the cover is 30 cm dewp. It may be a little loose.

Q: My super king mattress is 35.5cm deep, will this stretch to fit it or would it be too tight?

Not really sure but my cover was very generous in size, in fact I feel it looks a little scruffy due to the excess material. I would say though that it is a well made product and although it can’t normally be seen I think it’s quite smart and zips up brilliantly.

Q: Do I need to put sheet in too or can you sleep on this cover

You could if you really wanted to, but ideally it’s best to put a sheet on it. It is to protect the mattress.
