Open these as soon as they arrive and inspect them, especially if you plan to use them for an event. You need to give yourself time to order replacements if there are issues. I ordered three, and in retrospect I wish I'd picked a different product. One arrived broken (leg was broken off the frame) and I returned it right away. The sterno trays don't fit in the provided holders (see photo). It's usable with the tray if you just set it on top of the braces, but for the price, I would have expected the trays to fit.

They are not as heavy duty as I would have liked.

I received my order today and it is an entirely different model - not remotely the same type of chafer. I never would have ordered the clunky style that was delivered. Will need to return immediately for a refund.
