Travel Pillow, Dark Blue

It works ok, but I think the square little pillow should be inflatable, too. It was just not big enough. Otherwise, good design.

I discovered this product a few days before my last trip...and I'm thankful that I did.When I first received it in the mail, a few days ago, I bypassed the instructions and immediately tried to inflate it. As with most people, I suppose, my eagerness to actually use it couldn't wait the additional time that it would take me to try to understand the instructions.At the time, luckily for me, it inflated both quickly and easily...and it seemed wonderfully larger than I had imagined. Then I deflated it, which I also found to be quick and easy.Pleased, I inflated it again and thought about at least some of the possible ways in which it could be used, as some seemed obvious given the snap button on the bottom flap and the cord at the top.I turned it over and back and upside down a few times, putting it over my head, around my neck, playing with the cord and the snap, etc. Satisfied with myself for not "really" needing the instructions, although admittedly spending more time than I otherwise would have had I started with them, I finally reached for them anyway...and found them to be unusually clear (something which never seems to be the case regardless of what one is buying).After a few minutes of trying the pillow out, I happily deflated it and put it in the unfortunately small "personal item only" bag that I was to take onto the low cost airline. Thankfully, it took up little space.The ultimate test, of course, came when I tried to use it on the actual flight itself. And it worked, amazingly so! I actually slept, and more restfully than I can ever remember doing in an airline seat.After my experience, I can say that this product is one of the essential items for my future flights and road trips.

The U-shaped pillows to support my neck never worked well – my head would still be unsupported and it was hard to sleep on the overnight flights (and if I did sleep, I woke up with a stiff neck). This pillow exceeded my expectations! I wear it wrapped on my body (not tied to the seat), and I can get it in just the right spot to allow my head to rest on it and be fully supported.
