Recently I hurt my ankle and it's hard to keep ice in that area.This product is amazing quality.And the fact that it comes with 2 ice packets is really good.You can use one put it back in the freezer.Take out the other one.It stays very snug on the ankle and you can use it for your wrist or the back of your neck.It's really a wonderful, wonderful product.I highly recommend it

I purchased this to keep medication cold for a plane trip. It was out of the freezer and in an insulated bag for three hours before going through TSA at which time it was cool, but not frozen. Fortunately, TSA didn’t give me any trouble because freezer packs have to be frozen solid to get through security. They’re likely fine for pain relief but not useful for my purposes.

We love these ice packs for pain relief and have have several. I love that they are squishy, even when freezing, and they come with a strap to hold the pack to your body if you don't want to. They get cold quickly, are a great size, and pretty affordable.

We just keep them frozen in a zip-lock bag at the ready and then alternate them as needed. Not too cold to the skin and flexible for most places on your body. Have not used for hot. I would recommend overall.

I bought the small and medium ice packs. Both work great and the sleeves are very convenient. I have tried them both cold and heated. They are fantastic both ways. Excellent quality and I expect them to last me a very long time! I will be buying more to use in my cooler for camping trips.

I bought these for recovery after surgery which requires ice. These were the perfect size to fit in the wearable pillows post op. However they were not very cold and didn’t stay cold nearly long enough. We had much cheaper gel bead ice packs from Daiso, which if you know that store almost everything is $1.50. I didn’t think those gel bead ice packs would be that great until we compared them to this product. The gel beads stayed cold almost 3 times a long!
