Good but not Great.
I ordered this product no Amazon and the best thing was the price. I read most of the reviews and decided to buy the carryall despite the lukewarm reviews. I would prefer more space but I it's more than enough and forces me to pack light. It has PLENTY of compartments and love that it transforms into a backpack.

Extremely poor quality for the price.
Poor quality product. I can't speak to this seller, but I bought my bag direct from Hook & Albert and can tell you from personal experience that they won't back their product up.
