This is my fourth purchase now, the product is amazing if you understand how to use it and follow the exact steps of application. I always get the best results fresh, shiny, non frizzy, blowdried look. Absolutely amazing and worth it, im purchasing now since my roots needs maintenance. My hair type is fine , however it did not result it super straight result it gives you a fresh blow dried effect which is absolutely amazing!

For the life of me, I do not understand why this product does not have five stars across the board. Truthfully, this is the best keratin product / at home kit I have ever used. I have long, thick curly(3C), unruly hair. Summer=humidity do not mix well! I have paid the salon to do my keratin however it is just too costly. I decided to use Kerarganic and do it myself. Was easy to apply and complete. Just took some time but it is well worth it. Left treatment in for 4 days and my hair is pin straight. No frizz at ALL!! Only small flat iron touch up is needed. I recommend this product to anyone who compliments me on my hair. I will complete this process again when it wears off. Great product Kerarganic! I will be a repeat customer. No, I was not paid anything to use this product. I was a Kenra smooth user however their system was discontinued. I did my research and found this product. I also bought the shampoo, conditioner, etc. system that was offered. The conditioner mask smells awesome and so do the other products.

This is one product that actually does what it says! The directions were easy to follow. My daughter has waist length (when straightened) hair that coils up to about shoulder length in these tight coil curls. Her hair is gorgeous...but she's 13 and doesn't like to deal with it all. It's near impossible to comb out after a shower and she usually just wears it up. She's wanted a Brazilian blow out - but for her quantity of hair...it would just be too expensive. So we tried this! It took about 7 hours - again...she has a TON of hair. We used the 4oz size and I had just enough left over to do my short bob. She LOVES her hair now! It's still curly - but they are relaxed, long curls. She calls them "California curls". She gained a ton of daily length as her hair now falls just 2-3 inches shorter once dried...as opposed to 7-9 inches! PLUS - her hair is soooo manageable. She can comb it out easily now after a shower...and can even run a wide tooth comb through it after using a water spray bottle. Something she wouldn't dream about before! On my hair - I have wavy hair and this made it pretty stick straight. No frizz. Much easier to blow dry in the am. Very, very happy. We already bought another set of it to use in a few months when this wears off.

Although the product did straighten and de-frizz hair as it is supposed to, I had done regular high priced Keratin treatments in the past in a salon, after being sensitive to many chemicals and trying to go a more holistic route with my health - I thought it could only be a win-win with this product- well - NO. My husband said the product in my hair smelled so bad that it smelled like urine and/or feces I had to spray some perfume on just to have him not complain - not only that, it made my skin burn and itch and even after I rinsed it completely off skin and hair - my face has been having a MAJOR burning sensation like major allergic reaction even a week later. I do like the fact that my frizz in my hair has calmed down a lot - but if I am going to have a more extreme negative reaction to the supposedly "organic" treatment as listed, I may as well use the regular Keratin. I had a professional hairstylist come to my house to administer the treatment so it was all done the way it was supposed to. Let me also say IT IS NOT ORGANIC I DONT BELIEVE THAT FOR A SECOND. I think it absolutely not true after reading the ingredients - (It is formulated originally from Italy - they must have different regulations there to make these claims of organic - THIS IS NOT ORGANIC I REPEAT THIS IS NOT ORGANIC trust me I use organic skin and other health products that are TRULY ORGANIC AND I've never had this kind of reaction to them.) SORRY GUYS THIS ISNT YOUR MIRACLE GENTLE TREATMENT - DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE LIKE I MADE THE MISTAKE OF DOING UNLESS YOU'RE READY TO STINK AND HAVE A POSSIBLE ONGOING SKIN BURN (This was my reply to the seller after he said it is definitely formaldehyde free - please see below - do not want other chemically sensitive people to go through the same horrible experience I did with this product) **************************************************************************************************************** Here is the bottom line. My skinned burned extremely on scalp and face and top of my back under hair for over a week and a half after treatment. My initial concern was not having formaldehyde in the product was a plus, which is why I purchased it in the first place, however, whatever else is in the product (and by the way, I checked out the ingredients on the maintenance shampoo - definitely not organic- so the claim to be organic is false). Not only that, whatever is in it - formaldehyde free or not, it DEFINITELY IS HARSH CHEMICALS to me because I had an extreme negative reaction on my skin to this product - if it was as gentle as it claims - I would have not been motivated in the first place for writing this review. Comparing the regular keratin treatment I had in the past salon to this product - kerarganic definitely was still disturbing to breathe in, though a bit less harsh to breathe in (versus the regular keratin in comparison) while the application was taking place, however after the regular keratin treatment versus kerarganic - I had no reaction on my skin, however Kerarganic "supposedly gentle and organic" gave me this horrible reaction. In addition - I wish I could get a refund on this product because it literally leaves a smell like animal manure in your hair after application. I have been washing with regular shampoo the past three washes since application of this product due to the nasty smell that seems to be permanently in my hair - I just want the product completely out of my hair already that is how bad it smells!!!!! I had three other people smell my hair after I washed it before dry and they agreed it stinks bad! After drying the product the smell is still there but it lessens slightly but something smells very very wrong with the product. It smells like I am hanging out in a nasty barn with my hair all day! AGAIN SKIN BURNT FROM OTHER CHEMICALS BESIDES FORMALDEHYDE IN THIS PRODUCT AND IT STANKS - ONE OF THE "ORGANIC" INGREDIENTS MUST BE COW MANURE. UGHHHHHHHHHH

Amazing!!!! I never post reviews but felt i had to on this one because of how great it is. First off, it came 3 days earlier than expected and came with a bonus styling mousse (score). I did the treatment myself even though it says its for professionals only. I flat iron my hair a lot and have dyed it in the past so after watching a you tube tutorial, I was confident that I could do it myself. I decided to use the clarifying shampoo the night before, and let it air dry before I went to bed, to cut down on the treatment time the next morning. The process is lengthy and can get tedious so doing that helped a bit. Plus I have an infant and a toddler so i knew it would take me longer than most people because I had to stop a lot during the process to take care of them. I used a quarter of the amount of the shampoo and hair mask but had to use the whole treatment (step 2) on my hair. I know most people can get away with using about half of the product but I have so much thick hair, that even though it is shoulder length, I still needed the full 4 oz. For this reason, I will probably buy the treatment separately in a larger size (I think I saw a 16 oz size advertised for $160). This will give me 4 treatments which is well worth the money. It had a pleasant smell, and the only time it smelt chemically is when I was flat ironing. But even that wasn't too bad. Iv'e dyed my hair brown to cover roots with chemicals that were more harsh. I pretty much followed the directions except that I kept the treatment in for an hour before rinsing. Once I rinsed and used the hair mask, my hair air dried almost completely straight with no frizz. It usually dries wavy and curly and very frizzy, even when I flat ironed it before the treatment, it wouldn't take long before the frizz would return. i ran the flat iron over it for 5 min and it looked like I got a professional blow out. I can't attest to how long it will last, because I just did the treatment but even if it lasts for six week, it will be well worth the money.

This is not a bad product. It is the best because it is formaldehyde free. However, formaldehyde is what makes the keratin actually work sorry to say. Okay so here is my experience and I’ll keep it real. I am Originally from Puerto Rico so my hair is naturally curly. He can get very frizzy in the summer as well. I Did the keratin treatment for about six years in a salon that I found in Queens New York. They specialize in all types of straightening. I took a break for a few years and I want to say two years ago I started up again. Recently I just had a baby and I was looking for something a little more natural. Also, all of the salons were closed and my hair was a hot mess. I did my research and this seems to be the only product without formaldehyde. It did straighten my hair, however I still have parts that are curly. My roots were the only parts that were real curly and then my ends were pretty much straight because I still had some Keratin in my tips. But there’s definitely less frizz. I followed the instructions perfectly! I used gloves. The products smell like a cologne, they smell good. However, when you begin to dry your hair with the product inside it smells like mildew. Ugh. After I rinsed it out and put the conditioner on it smelled better. I saw so many YouTube videos on this product and I feel like they needed to be more honest. This product reduces frizz and makes blow drying much easier. Does it straighten your hair completely? No it does not. I definitely will use this product in the winter when my hair can handle more curls (And I can just quickly blow it out) but I am definitely going to Get my usual Keratin straightening at my queens salon for the summer.

I purchased this from Natural Sue in Nov, 2017 and LOVED the product. I used the product throughout the year and got good results every time! My hair was protected with the treatment and I was able to grow it out longer than I have had in a LONG time. But, then I purchased the product from Pro Shops Int'l this time. The treatment bottle was not sealed, but I didn't think anything of it and proceeded to use it on my hair. Big mistake! I am having breakage and the straightening didn't even last two weeks. I don't know if Pro Shop Int'l did something to the product or if they purchased it from a company that modified the product. Either way, I am really disappointed. It's bad enough to pay for a product that doesn't work, but I am so mad that the product is causing breakage. My hair is so hard to grow. I won't buy from Pro Shops Int'l again.

I like it. Its makes hair less frezzy
